Refund & Shipping Policy

At Grandeurlane, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders. The specific cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Our shipping options within the United States are:
    1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days.
    2. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly with the carrier.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 states within the USA.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Incorrect Address and Lost Packages

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Grandeurlane LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional costs to reship a package will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Grandeurlane LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as “delivered.” However, we are here to help. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@grandeurlane.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return subject to the following policy.

Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 1 day of the delivery date. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return or refund.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start the return process, please email our customer support team at support@grandeurlane.com within the 1-day return window.
  • Include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
  • Our team will provide you with further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, you will have the choice of receiving a refund to your original method of payment or receiving store credit.
  • Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to be processed after your return has been approved.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@grandeurlane.com to arrange the exchange. The same conditions for eligibility and timing apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@grandeurlane.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must include your order number and photographic proof of the issue.
  • We will assess the situation and provide instructions for a resolution.
