Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase! Returns are accepted for non-customized, unworn, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items :
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance products
- Items that show signs of use or damage
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email support@grandeurlane.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.
Refund & Exchange Process :

- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges are handled as a new order—please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
