At GrandeurLane, every order is thoughtfully crafted. Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days, depending on order volume. Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Costs
We offer standard shipping by default. If you need expedited or urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can accommodate your request.

Standard Shipping: $5 for the first item, $2 for each additional item

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If not received, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbors or building management

Confirm the shipping address provided

Contact your local courier office

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If you purchased shipping insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim.
