3. Unlimited Revisions: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Request as many changes as needed until your design is perfect. 
4. Production (1-3 days): Once approved, your order is produced locally and quickly prepared for the next steps. 
5. Final Touch & Shipping: We carefully package your order for shipping. Shipping details can be found in our Shipping Policy. 
6. Want it faster? Use our First In Line service to speed up the design process, and select Express or Priority shipping at checkout for a quicker delivery.

1. Due to the handmade nature of our work, we don’t provide previews before an order is placed. However, we offer unlimited revisions and only ship once you’ve fully approved the design, ensuring it meets your expectations 100%.

Here’s our advice for the best results: 

Ensure the photo has good lighting. 

Try to capture the photo at eye level with your pet. 

Get a close-up to highlight your pet’s unique features. 

Make sure the photo isn’t blurry. 

Avoid cutting off important features (like ears!) in the frame. 

We also have a dedicated team that reviews all photos once orders are placed. If there’s any issue with your photo, we’ll contact you right away via email.

8. Which payment methods do you accept? 
9. We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments.

   If you wish to pay in installments, we also offer Klarna and Afterpay. 

1. Once an order is placed, we can’t edit or cancel it due to its personalized nature. 
   If for any reason you wish to cancel midway, we do offer partial refunds, with $25 deducted for the design work already completed. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

   We won’t produce or ship anything until you’ve fully approved the design. If you feel a different photo would work better, we can update the artwork for you.
