At GrandeurLane, every order is crafted with care. Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days, depending on order volume. Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer. 

Shipping Options & Costs 

We offer multiple shipping methods, including standard and expedited shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. 

Estimated Delivery Time 

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days 

• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high seasonal demand. 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. If you don’t receive your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact our support team. 

Missing or Delayed Shipments 

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend: 

• Checking with neighbors or building management 

• Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout 

• Contacting your local courier office for assistance 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, if you purchased shipping insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim.
